Satellite navigation and radio independent missions for drones.

About Us

At Lendurai, we enable unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) to operate independently of global navigation satellite systems and radio control, using computer vision and machine learning. We partner with multiple UAV manufacturers to deliver cost-effective capabilities to public sector and defence customers.

Our team has deep technical experience in aerospace engineering, defence tech, and autonomous systems, with backgrounds at companies like Bolt (EE), Open Cosmos (UK), and Starship Technologies (EE).

Careers

Join our team and help shape the future of autonomous drone technology.

Head of Business Development
Tallinn, Estonia (Hybrid)

Lead our commercial efforts. You'll drive B2G (business-to-government) sales, build partnerships with UAV manufacturers, expand into new defense markets, and shape our go-to-market strategy alongside the CEO. As we grow, you'll also be responsible for building and leading the business development team.

Head of Strategic Affairs
Tallinn, Estonia (Hybrid)

Lead our communications, public positioning, and government-facing initiatives. This role combines branding and narrative development, oversight of strategic R&D programmes and grants, and direct engagement with government stakeholders.

Country Manager, Ukraine
Kyiv, Ukraine (On-site)

Lead all business development and operations in the country. You will be responsible for qualifying our products for procurement, building awareness among key defence stakeholders, and closing deals. You'll also lead local testing and deployments, support customer success, hire local talent, and develop partnerships with Ukrainian UAV producers.

Software Engineer, Simulation
Tallinn, Estonia (Hybrid)

With a focus on simulation development, you will play a critical role in improving our product development environment and making it more transferable to real-world UAV operations.

Computer Vision Engineer
Tallinn, Estonia (Hybrid)

You’ll work on building up the AI stack that lets our aircraft understand the world in GNSS-denied airspace, based purely on visual perception. We're looking for someone who enjoys figuring things out when the path isn’t clear. Someone who likes exploring wild ideas, but also cares about making them actually work in the real world.

UAV Field Operations Engineer
Tallinn, Estonia (On-Site)

You will own the day-to-day flight-test loop in Tallinn: plan, fly, measure, iterate, and showcase our tech to end-users in defence, public sector and OEM partners.

AI & Drone Software Intern
Tallinn, Estonia (On-Site)

We are offering a 3–4 months paid internship (flexible start in Q3 2025). As a software development intern you will work with our senior software engineers on features all over the full drone software stack — system, perception, control, planning, simulation.
