Satellite navigation and radio independent missions for drones.

About Us

At Lendurai, we enable unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) to operate independently of global navigation satellite systems and radio control, using computer vision and machine learning. We partner with multiple UAV manufacturers to deliver cost-effective capabilities to public sector and defence customers.

Our team has deep technical experience in aerospace engineering, defence tech, and autonomous systems, with backgrounds at companies like Bolt (EE), Open Cosmos (UK), and Starship Technologies (EE).

Careers

Join our team and help shape the future of autonomous drone technology.

Software Engineer, Control Systems
Tallinn, Estonia (Hybrid)

As control-systems engineer you will own the algorithms that keep our drones stable, responsive, and mission-capable without satellite guidance.

Computer Vision Engineer
Tallinn, Estonia (Hybrid)

You’ll work on building up the AI stack that lets our aircraft understand the world in GNSS-denied airspace, based purely on visual perception. We're looking for someone who enjoys figuring things out when the path isn’t clear. Someone who likes exploring wild ideas, but also cares about making them actually work in the real world.

Hardware Engineering Manager
Tallinn, Estonia (on-site)

You’ll lead and level up the team building Lendurai’s flight platforms, owning the hardware roadmap from requirements and architecture to testing, reliability, and field deployment. You’ll turn fast-moving engineering into mission-ready hardware by driving disciplined iteration across mechanics, electronics, RF, compute, and sensors while building the processes and culture that let the team ship with confidence.

Systems Engineer
Tallinn, Estonia (Hybrid)

You’ll shape the backbone of Lendurai’s UAV platform, turning bold customer and product ambitions into a clear, rigorous system architecture that brings every subsystem together into one mission-ready whole. You’ll help push cutting-edge technology from concept to reality by leading integration, testing, and problem-solving, while strengthening the proposals that put Lendurai in position to win transformative government and commercial programs.
